Sam's Ice Skates

I have Samantha's ice skates and I haven't been able to get them on her feet with her shoes. The part that would go over her toes won't slide up. I was wondering if any one else is having this problem and if you aren't then how do you get them on her feet? Thanks in advance.

I have an older pair of Sam's ice skates - they came with her winter amusements set. I can put them on over her black patent mary janes ok (the ones that come with her shoes and socks set). BUT I cannot make them fit when she is wearing her gaiters from the plaid cape set.

We have two of the newer sets of skates. One pair is definetly a lot tighter than the other. We pulled and tugged rather hard at the (leather/plastic?) black front staps. They stretched enough to finally fit and the rivets seemed to hold tight. Can't get this pair over boots but the other pair will fit although a bit snug. Hope this helps. - Bugs

Ok, Thanks. I guess I will just tug on them to get them on and hopefully stretch them out so they will fit.
